Orders will be processed between 1-3 business days depending on product.
Custom
Elle Jenell Designs is a Custom Boutique everything is MADE TO ORDER. Which means production is started once an order has been placed. Occasionally we may have a sample sale and all garments will already be made in limited quantities and different sizes and ready to be shipped once an order is placed. If not all garments have 14 days processing time.
Shipping
Ready to Wear EJD
Items will be shipped on the next business day after your order is processed.
Custom
After the 14 business days from the date you placed your order please allow between 2 and 7 business days to receive your order. Items are shipped via USPS and upon shipping you will be provided with a tracking number and shipping information.
Rush Orders
If you need an item produced or shipped in a rush please email us with your request and we will try to accommodate you however there will be additional charges for rush production and express shipping. For further information please email [email protected]
